Quite a nice experience visitng Buddhist Cave Temple. Coming from Theravadha Buddhist background it is refreshing to see how South East Asian Culture have evolved it is unique style of depicitng the buddhist culture.I find simillaroties but also differences when comparing the both.

One of the most beautiful cave Ive been in Malaysia. The stalagmites and stalactites formations are so incredible. It has temple inside where locals and tourists can visit. At the back it has garden and lake and also a river that you can do boating. I love how they took care of the cave. It was worth to visit if youre nature lover. Its really good for the eye the surrounding green. It was so clean and well maintained.

Visited Kek Lok Tong last year (3182024) this temple is built inside a massive limestone cave with stunning rock formations and a peaceful atmosphere. Youll find a beautiful garden at the back with a pond and walking paths. The entrance is free and theres ample parking. Entire area is clean and well-maintained. Its suitable for families solo travelers and couples who enjoy nature and culture. A must-visit spot in Ipoh great for sightseeing photography and some quiet reflection.

Updated temporary closure due to flooded since Oct 2024 till today (30525)Further notice to be announced. As a tourist I really recommended to this cave (gua). Peaceful with serene environment. Some activities available here self cycle duck boat & bi-bicycle wishing tree massage stone walkway feeding fish in the big pond. No ticket entry charge but may donate some for maintenance.Awesome view enter into cave then came out from the cave with a pond view. Water drop naturally flow from top of cave. Suggest to come before noon time.

What a beautiful place I had so much fun exploring the cave. As you enter the cave you will see so many Buddha statues here. The cherry on top is the wonderful structures of the cave. You can see many geological structures here like flowstone pinch and swell folding structures and many more. I wish they would add an information panel so visitors could more learn about these structures. They have plenty of outdoor activities like cycling and boat riding. The boat ride costs RM20 (4 pax) for 30 minutes so its worth it.

Nice cave temple. We came in on a Thursday around 9h30 and it was not very busy. The temple is built in the cave letting the natural shape of the rocks formation shine. You can see from the back entrance the mining site and what remains of the mountains behind it. Its not only peaceful nature here.Little pond behind with a park and you can walk around.

Big temple with a mix of Buddhist and Taoist elements. The caves were huge and cool. It opened out to a lovely park surrounded by some hills. The 18 Luo Han statues were great This place is worth a visit.
